HON’BLE SRI T.MADAN MOHAN REDDY
MEMBER (JUDICIAL)

Hon'ble Sri T.Madan Mohan Reddy was born on 1-7-1949, at Ananthapur. His father,
late Sri T.Chandrasekhar Reddy was a retired Senior District Judge. He had education
up to pre-University level at various institutions situated in Chittoor, Kurnool,
Nellore Districts. He obtained B.Sc. Degree from New Science College, Hyderabad,
in 1971, and LL.B. Degree from Osmania University Law College, Hyderabad, in 1974.
He enrolled as an Advocate in August, 1974. He joined the Office of Sri C. Padmanabha
Reddy, a Senior Criminal Lawyer. He joined Judicial Service as District Munsif in
1981 and worked at Nellore, Hyderabad, and was deputed to ACB, as Director of Prosecutions,
and worked as such, between 1986 and 1992. He was promoted as Subordinate Judge,
in 1992, and worked at Tenali and Mahabubnagar. He was promoted as District Judge,
in 1996, and worked at Visakhapatnam, Tirupati and Warangal. He worked as Registrar
(Vigilance), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, between 2003 and 2005. He
worked as Secretary, Law (LA&J) Dept., from June, 2005 to September, 2008. He joined
as Member (Judl.), Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, on 30-09-2008

HON’BLE SRI SUDHENDER KULKARNI
MEMBER (JUDICIAL)

Born on 1.7.1957 at Agasnur Village, Siruguppa Taluk, Bellary district of Karnataka.
Completed school and Intermediate education from Nrupatunga Chain of Institutions,
Hyderabad. Graduated in Arts from Nizam College, Osmania University. Studied Law
from Osmania University College of Law. As a student of Law, represented Osmania
University in All India Moot Court Rounds of the 21st Philip C.Jessup International
Law Moot Court competition held in the year 1979 at Pondicherry.
After taking Law degree, joined Bar in January, 1982 and did apprenticeship in the
Chambers of Senior Counsel Sri H.S. Guru Raja Rao. Thereafter, set up an independent
practice and actively practiced before Hon'ble High Court and Service Tribunals
and held the post of Standing Counsel for A.P.Housing Board, Additional Standing
counsel for Central Government in the A.P. High Court, represented Tungabadra Board
Service matters.Appointed as Judicial Member of AP Administrative Tribunal on 9.9.2002.
After completion of tenure of five years again appointed as Judicial Member with
effect from 30.9.2008.

Born on 3rd December, 1949
Studied 10th and 12th Standard at Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Graduation (B.Sc) from Allahabad University and completed his M.Sc (Physics) with specialization in Electronics, Allahabad University.
Joined in Indian Administrative Service in the year 1973 in Andhra Pradesh Cadre.
Appointed as a Sub Collector in Rajampet Kadapa District, Chandragiri in Chittoor District and promoted as Joint Collector in East Godavari District and also worked as District collector at Hyderabad.

Dr.V.P.JAUHARI belongs to 1972 batch of IAS and retired as Director General of Dr.MCR HRD Institute of A.P. in the rank of Chief Secretary in the year 2010. He is an alumni of London School of Economics (LSE, U.K.) with 38 years of comprehensive experience across State, National and International level. His experience spans several key sectors namely Land Administration, Industrial Development, Infrastructure Development, Environmental Regulations and Management, Policy Formulation, Legal Issues including the service matters, Development Administration, Rural Water Supply, Panchayat Raj Administration and Disaster management. In addition, he has worked for Capacity Development in the areas of Public Administration, Pollution and Environmental management.
He has held important positions as Chief Secretary, Government of A.P., Director General, MCR HRD Institute, Government of A.P., Special Chief Secretary (Revenue), Panchayat Raj and Rural Water Supply, Principal Secretary, Agriculture and Cooperation, Environment and Forests, Pollution Control Board, all at State level. He held the position of Director in the Ministry of Environment and Forests in Government of India at National level and also represented India as Director of South Asia Cooperative Development Programme, Colombo Sri lanka at international level. He was Collector of Nizambad and Warangal districts of A.P. He has to his credit many important projects which he implemented, to name a few are ESCAP/UNEP/SAEP sponsored capacity building in planning and management of Coastal Areas of South Asia project and Cleaning of River Ganges, AUS-AID funded management of hazardous waste for city of Hyderabad, World Bank funded project on institutional strengthening of Pollution Control Board, World Bank Joint Forestry Management, National Mission on Total Sanitation and A.P. Micro Irrigation Project. He was part of the National Task Force on Micro Irrigation Projects. He has formulated important project proposals at International, National and State levels .
He has been consultant to UNEP/SACEP, World Commission on large Dams, Dutch Evaluation Mission. He has authored two books - (1). Sustainable Development of Water Resources (2). Sustaining River Linking In addition, he has co-edited encyclopaedia of Ecology, Environment and Pollution Control in 20 volumes. He has also published/presented, papers mostly on environmental matters at national and international levels. He has widely travelled internationally and recognized as expert on environment matters. He was associated with preparation of all comprehensive Environment Protection Act, aftermath of Bhopal Tragedy. He is a recipient of Golden medal from President of India for outstanding work for 1981 census and scored gold medals in his academic career as well.
He has assumed charge as Member(Admnv.),Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal on 28th July, 2012.

Hon'ble Sri N. Janaki Rama Rao was born in Hyderabad. he had his education at various institutions at Hyderabad. He obtained B.Sc Degree from Government City College and LL.B Degree from Gulbarga University,karnataka State,in 1983. He enrolled as an Advocate on 27th january,1984. He joined the office of Sri P. Balakrishna Murthy,Senior Counsel.He practiced at high Court of Andhra Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal dealing with various matters having a special knowledge in Administrative Law.He assisted his father Sri N. Vasudev Rao, Senior Counsel on civil side in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. He was appointed as Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in A.P.Administrative Tribunal in March 2007 and continued in that capacity till his appointment as Judicial Member of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad on 08.11.2012.
